Ayanna Brown is the President, Founder and Chief Consultant of BGF Consulting, LLC. Ayanna has over 15 years of experience providing services to FDA Regulated Industries in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Regulatory Affairs, Regulatory Compliance and Validation. She has extensive firsthand experience in preparing, filing and receiving approvals for drug/device applications to include ANDAs, NDAs, 501(k)s and INDs. Ayanna also has frontline experience working with FDA to address quality, clinical and regulatory compliance issues. Ayanna has delivered solutions to Pharmaceutical manufacturers, medical device manufacturers, contract laboratories, compound pharmacies and dietary supplement manufacturers with her expert knowledge and unparalleled commitment in the consulting industry.
Prior to establishing BGF Consulting, Ayanna was Director & Manager of Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs for a mid-size pharmaceutical company supervising staff and overseeing Site Regulatory Compliance, Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Validation, FDA Inspections, Research and Development, Training and Site Audits. Additionally, she has held key positions in Quality and Regulatory Compliance for corporations such as Baxter Healthcare and Coca Cola.
Ayanna earned her BS in Chemistry from Florida A&M University.
Chief Scientific Officer
Alison Galbraith, Chief Consultant brings more than 20 years of experience to BGF Consulting, LLC. Alison has a strong pharmaceutical background, management expertise, responses to regulatory (FDA, MHRA, ANVISA etc.), drug product and medical device inspection experience. She is an accomplished executive with expertise in Directing Site Quality, Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, Validation, Microbiology, Regulatory Compliance and Training of expert cGMP consultants and employees.
Alison has prior experience working with corporations such as McNeil Consumer Healthcare, Catalent Pharma Solutions, Johnson & Johnson, Bausch & Lomb Pharmaceuticals, and IVAX Corp in Executive Leadership capacities. She has extensive experience in both large and small pharmaceutical companies involving audits, compliance, regulatory affairs, training, FDA reporting obligations, quality assurance and monitoring.
Alison earned her BS in Biology from Eckerd College. She completed graduate studies in Toxicology/Biostatistics from the University of South Florida.
Dennis Crosby attended Florida A&M University. After working with Firestone Tire & Rubber Research he went to the Army. He started, owned, and sold Crosby’s of Hollywood Beauty Products. Among the many users of his products included Michael Jackson, Smokey Robinson, Sam & Dave and Prince to name a few.
Mr. Crosby worked with the late great Allison Walden who was the first African American to own a Nissan Distributorship and to sit on the Board of Nissan.
Mr. Crosby has worked with Ayanna Brown to develop BGF Consulting, LLC into a strong player in the FDA Regulatory and Compliance Business. He has brought BGF into the University of Central, Florida Business Incubator Participation Program, with Intern Programs at the University of Central Florida, Rollins College and 20 other Universities nationwide.
Mr. Crosby has set the stage for BGF to function as a Private/Public Partnership bringing special benefits to companies regulated by the FDA not normally offered by other Consultant Businesses, such as Tax Benefits, Credits, Training Assistant, etc.
